• Driver Verification: Government-issued NI number, UK driving license, DBS information, vehicle registration details, insurance information, MOT information, and vehicle hire agreement.
• Location Data: Real-time location data, driving routes, and trip history.
• Payment and Tax Information: Bank account details, tax identification numbers, payment history, and related financial information.
• Vehicle Information: Vehicle type, condition, and other vehicle-related details.

1.3 Information from Business-to-Business Clients

• Business Information: Company name, business address, tax identification numbers, and contact details of company representatives.
• Payment Information: Business bank details and transaction history.
• Communication: Any correspondence between Zippe and your business.

2. How We Use the Information

2.1 For Customers

• To facilitate ride bookings and match customers with drivers.
• To process payments and manage payment accounts.
• To enhance the customer experience by providing real-time location updates, trip history, and recommendations.
• To improve our app functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.

2.2 For Drivers

2.3 For Business Clients
